Hello Parents and Welcome to Wolves Athletics!

Before participating in any practice or game, student-athletes must complete the documents required by the Boise School District and the Idaho High School Activities Association.

Every athlete must have a physical performed by a doctor.  A physical completed for the freshman year is good through the sophomore year.  A new physical must be completed for the junior year (which is good through the senior year).  CLICK HERE FOR THE PHYSICAL FORM.

All Juniors, Freshmen, and 1st time athletes (9-12, regardless of age).

We are now using a system called AKTIVATE. 

Please open the attached document for INSTRUCTIONS to complete your ONLINE PAPERWORK through AKTIVATE.

NOTE: The Pre-Participation Physical Exam process has not changed. This form needs to be completed and signed by a physician! Physical Exam forms  MUST be UPLOADED to your Childs account on AKTIVATE.
