The Wolves hosted the Borah Lions at home for their second pre-season match.  While the Wolves controlled the majority of the game, they found themselves unlucky at finishing. Timberline’s offense churned out twenty-nine shots, ten of which were on frame, and it seemed only a matter of time until one would convert to a goal.  Unfortunately at 44’, a late and questionable off-sides decision called back the only Timberline shot that found its way to the back of the net.  The Wolves defense held Borah to just two shots on goal, with one dangerous attack in the box at the 32’ mark stopped through the combined efforts of Ben Anderson and Jack Buehler.  The match ended in a 0-0 tie.  The Wolves will play the Lions again in a regular season match on October 4^th.
