Mondays:
Warm Up: Jog for 5 minutes
Active Stretching and Drills - 3 x 50 meter strides (75%), walk back in between
Workout: 15-25 minute easy run. 5 x 100 meter strides after (75-85%).
Cool Down: Jog, skip, side shuffle for 2-3 minutes. Stretch.
Recovery: Drink plenty of water
Tuesdays:
Warm Up: Jog for 3-4 minutes
Active Stretching and Drills - 4 x 30 meter strides (75%), walk back in between
Workout: 8-10 minute tempo run. Pick 6 of your favorite ab/core exercises, 45 seconds each.
Cool Down: Jog, skip, side shuffle for 2-3 minutes. Stretch.
Recovery: Drink plenty of water
Wednesdays:
Warm Up: Jog for 5 minutes
Active Stretching and Drills - 3 x 75 meter strides (75%), walk back in between
Workout: Plank Circuit - 45 second forearm plank - 30 second side plank - 30 second other side plank - 10 pushups...for 4 rounds.
Cool Down: Jog, skip, side shuffle for 2-3 minutes. Stretch.
Recovery: Drink plenty of water
