Timberline was able to put enough plays together to down visiting Columbia 3-1. Timberline scored two first half goals. Opening score, Haley Apple rifled a well paced shot from a free kick, this was followed by Ava Ranson penetrating play into the box, planting the defender on an inside out move and finishing with low crossing shot. Columbia pulled one goal back half way through the second half on a well orchestrated counter attack. The final Wolves' score came on a penalty kick by Hannah Calvin, she initially missed the shot but the goalie rejected the ball and Hannah cleaned up the rebound with force. Tomorrow...Nampa 6 PM!
