2017 STATE TRACK MEET

Here are a few reminders for each classification site to remind your athletes, coaches, and fans about.

4A/5A

• There will be parking and shuttle service from BSU and you can still walk from the BSU parking lot but additional time should be planned for in order to get to Dona Larsen Park.   
• The URS parking garage will be available on Saturday but not on Friday.
• Shuttles will be available from BSU on Friday and from URS on Saturday. 
• Coaches are the only people who may bring in coolers.
• There will be no wristbands given out.  Coaches must bring their coaches cards to get in for free or they will have to pay. 
• No sunflower seeds or gum is allowed on the track and turf at Dona Larsen. 
• There are no stakes allowed in the tent area. 
• Practice times are from 3:00-6:00 on Thursday.  The track will close at 6:00.
• Warm up times on Friday will be from 8:00-9:30 and on Saturday from 7:00-8:30.
• Pole vault coaches are allowed in the stands only.  There will be no tents allowed on the field.
• DLP does not allow umbrellas or canopies in the stands.   Please remember that we are a guest of BSU and need to follow their venue rules and regulations. 
• There will be a time schedule for the track meet this year.  Please remind your athletes that the time schedule includes photos for awards. 
• The coaches will be meeting Friday morning at 9:00.  
• Please remind your bus drivers to drop off/pick up the athletes and then leave the west parking lot immediately.  As you are aware, parking is at a premium and the west DLP lot is not for bus parking.   All busses will need to park in the BSU stadium east lot.
