Biography:
Chris Hawkins
Chris Hawkins has been coaching with the Wolves since 2017. Hawkins, who graduated from Timberline High School in 2009 went on to play collegiate soccer at Walla Walla Community College, North Idaho College and Montana State University-Billings. While at North Idaho College, he was named captain and led his team to a 3rd place finish in their conference. In the summer of 2010 Hawkins landed a spot on a Premier Development League team, the Spokane Spiders out of Spokane, Washington. Mr. Hawkins began coaching while he was also playing at Montana State University in Billings, Montana. He helped with the school's mini camps and assisted coaches with the local club teams in the area. After graduating with his teaching degree, in 2017, Hawkins began coaching for the Wolves as the JV Head Coach. In 2018, he took the Varsity Head Coaching position and led the team to a second place finish at both the District and State Championship tournaments. Coach Hawkins is currently teaching Physical Education and Health at South Junior High School in the Boise School District. Mr. Hawkins earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in K-12 Physical Education from Boise State University with teaching certifications in P.E. and Health.
Clifton Thomas.

Biography:
Clifton Thomas returns for his fourth year as assistant coach. Clifton was born and raised here in Boise, Idaho. He played for the Boise Nationals from ages 10-18, and during that time also played for the Idaho State ODP team for 3 years. In high school he played Varsity his junior and senior years at Timberline where he was selected First Team All Conference and awarded team MVP his senior year. After high school he was recruited to play DII soccer at Montana State University in Billings, where he played for 4 seasons. (2009-2013) He earned a BA in English and an MA in education, both from MSUB. In 2017, he began his teaching career at Lockwood Middle School in Billings, Montana, where he taught 6th grade social studies. The following year he taught 7th grade English. This year, In addition to his position as the Varsity Assistant Coach at Timberline, he will be teaching 6th grade English at Jefferson Middle School in Caldwell.
Biography:
After leading the Wolves to their third consecutive 5A State Championship in 2023, Adrian Kane returns for his fourth year as the Head Coach of Timberline Soccer. He was an assistant coach at Timberline from 2018 to 2020 and brings to the position more than a decade of coaching experience ranging from the youth level to NCAA Division I. He holds a United States Soccer Federation National C License as well as a United Soccer Coaches Goalkeeper II Diploma. Kane played in the New Jersey youth Olympic Development Program, was a member of the nationally ranked Shawnee High School Soccer team (Medford, NJ), and played goalkeeper at St. Bonaventure University (Olean, NY) in the Atlantic-10 Conference. He holds an M.A. from the University of Rhode Island and a Ph.D. in Spanish from the University of California, Riverside. Kane is a Professor of Spanish at Boise State University, where he has taught Hispanic Literature since 2006.
